Asian Tilapia with Ramen and Broccoli-Brussels Sprouts Blend

Try this Asian inspired dish that's light, easy, inexpensive and absolutely delicious! click pic for close-up Ingredients: 2 medium Tilapia fillets 2 cups of frozen broccoli 1 cup of frozen Brussels sprouts 1 package Oriental-flavored ramen noodle soup 2 tbsp. butter or oil 1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce 1 tbsp. Panda Express Mandarin Sauce 1 clove garlic 1 stalk celery 1 medium carrot 1 large green onion sprinkle of hot sauce salt and pepper Fish: Place thawed fish into a skillet coated with 1 tbsp. of the oil or butter. Cook on medium-high heat. Add finely chopped carrots, celery and garlic. Salt and pepper sides of fillets, flipping as they turn white and opaque. Add soy and Mandarin sauce. Let simmer on medium for an additional 5-7 minutes. Add chopped green onion. Turn off heat and cover. Veggies: Steam fry frozen broccoli and sprouts in a shallow pan with 1 tbsp. of oil or butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on medium-high heat for about 10 to 12 minut

Citrus Honey BBQ Pork Chops with Normandy Blend Veggies

click pic for close-up Ingredients: 2 small boneless pork chops 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 chopped onion 1 tsp. lime juice 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. molasses 1 tbsp. orange marmalade 2 tbsp. honey brown sugar barbecue sauce 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. hot sauce 1/2 tsp. ground mustard 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper 3 cups frozen Birdseye Normandy Blend vegetables (cauliflower and broccoli florets, carrot slices, zucchini and yellow squash slices) parsley flakes salt and pepper Mix juices, bbq sauce, marmalade, hot sauce, molasses and powdered ingredients in small bowl. Saute onions and brown pork chops in 1 tbsp. butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add sauce mixture to chops. Simmer for 5 - 7 minutes. In a separate skillet (or same one if you cook in stages...less pans but a bit more time) saute veggies in other tbsp. of butter. Add parsley, salt and pepper. Cook until tender. Spicy, sweet, savory, and so, so good.

New York Strip Steak Salad

A simple, easy, yet special meal for lunch, dinner or late night. Enjoy! click on pic for close-up Ingredients: 6 oz. New York Strip steak 1 clove garlic Zataran's Seasoning 1/2 lime 1 handful Spring Mix salad greens 1 cup chopped broccoli 1 vine ripe tomato, sliced or quartered 1/4 sweet Vidalia onion, sliced thin 1 tbsp. Kraft Tuscan salad dressing 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped 1 tsp. butter or oil Split garlic into halves. Rub into both sides of the steak. Sprinkle generous amount of Zataran's Seasoning on steak. Fry steak in butter or oil on medium high heat. Drizzle juice of lime on steak. Cook until browned on both sides. Set steak aside to cool for 5 minutes. Once cooled, slice steak into thin strips. Mix greens, broccoli, tomato and Vidalia onion with dressing. Plate. Assemble steak slices on top. Sprinkle with green onion.
