Curry Grouper and Mixed Veggies

Here's a quick and easy recipe full of Asian-inspired pow! And light on the budget and calories.

Ingredients:

4 oz. frozen grouper, thawed
1/2 bag of frozen baby carrots, yellow and green bean mixed vegetables
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1 tsp. five-spice powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. butter or oil
1/2 green onion, chopped
sprinkle of red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Marinate thawed grouper in lemon juice, soy sauce, curry, garlic and five-spice powder for 1 hr.
Fry grouper until browned and flaky in butter or oil adding green onion and crushed red pepper while cooking.
Remove from skillet. Add veggie mix to skillet. Cook on medium heat until tender.
Combine on plate and serve.
