New York Strip Steak Salad

A simple, easy, yet special meal for lunch, dinner or late night. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

6 oz. New York Strip steak
1 clove garlic
Zataran's Seasoning
1/2 lime
1 handful Spring Mix salad greens
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 vine ripe tomato, sliced or quartered
1/4 sweet Vidalia onion, sliced thin
1 tbsp. Kraft Tuscan salad dressing
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 tsp. butter or oil

Split garlic into halves. Rub into both sides of the steak. Sprinkle generous amount of Zataran's Seasoning on steak. Fry steak in butter or oil on medium high heat. Drizzle juice of lime on steak. Cook until browned on both sides. Set steak aside to cool for 5 minutes. Once cooled, slice steak into thin strips.

Mix greens, broccoli, tomato and Vidalia onion with dressing. Plate. Assemble steak slices on top. Sprinkle with green onion.
