Citrus Honey BBQ Pork Chops with Normandy Blend Veggies

Ingredients:

2 small boneless pork chops
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 chopped onion
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. molasses
1 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. honey brown sugar barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 cups frozen Birdseye Normandy Blend vegetables
(cauliflower and broccoli florets, carrot slices, zucchini and yellow squash slices)
parsley flakes
salt and pepper

Mix juices, bbq sauce, marmalade, hot sauce, molasses and powdered ingredients in small bowl. Saute onions and brown pork chops in 1 tbsp. butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add sauce mixture to chops. Simmer for 5 - 7 minutes.

In a separate skillet (or same one if you cook in stages...less pans but a bit more time) saute veggies in other tbsp. of butter. Add parsley, salt and pepper. Cook until tender.

Spicy, sweet, savory, and so, so good.
